Ceramic Jacketed HeatedCeramic Jacketed Heaters are our premium
product. Especially to heat the cylinders (barrels) on all types of
plastic(s) processing machinery. The key to the ceramic-jacketed heaters is
its superior design to save power. Outer insulation jacket conserves energy

10. Mica Band Heaters &
Ceramic Heaters
Ceramic
Heaters are versatile & widely used throughout the industry. Especially
to heat the cylinders (barrels) on all types of plastic(s) processing
machinery. Higher watt densities provide higher operating temperatures.
Maximum sheath temperature up to 800oC. Maximum watt density = 50
watts/square inches. By the use of higher temperatures, faster shot sequence
is possible. Use of special ceramic material steatite with high
thermal conductivity
Mica Bank Heaters are widely used to heat the
molds, dies, nozzles and especially to heat the cylinders (barrels) on all
types of plastic(s) processing machinery. The mica heater is most economic &
provides excellent dielectric strength, excellent thermal conductivity as
heat transfer is by conduction. Due to its best heat transfer
capability, faster heating up & cooling down is possible. Maximum sheath
temperature up to 480
oC (900
oF)

Air Cooled Perforated Ceramic HeatersSuper-efficient and economical
air cooled Perforated Ceramic heater bands are designed for use on extrusion
machinery or on any heat/cool operation. Heater bands feature 60% open
perforated metal sheath, which assures maximum surface area exposure. This
heater also provide the user with a more economical operation, via a rapid
heat-up and cool-down feature include lower cost, replaceable heaters, low
maintenance and close temperature control. Use of special ceramic material steatite
with high thermal conductivity.

12. Coil & Casting Heaters
Coil
& Casting Heaters are used for hot runner molds, spru bush, nozzle and
many more applications. A very wide contact surface results in exceptionally
high levels of thermal conductivity towards the body that needs to be
heated. Optimal insulation results in very long life duration. Heavy-duty
construction results in very high resistance to mechanical shocks.
Operation
temperature up to 700
OC (1300
OF). Optional built-in
thermocouple for high-resolution temperature measuring (J-type standard;
K-type on request). Heaters can be incorporated into brass or aluminium
castings. Wide range of straight standard heaters normally in stock, ready
for coiling/shaping; Cross section available : 3.3mm x 3.3mm and 2.2mm X
4.2mm.

13. Low Density Cartridge Heaters
Our
LOW-DENSITY cartridge heater line of various sheath diameters and lead
terminations is used in any assembly, equipment or machines. The LOW-DENSITY
cartridge heater design consists of a helically wound resistance coil made
from nickel-chrome wire, evenly stretched and strung through holes in a
round steatite ceramic insulator. The element assembly is inserted into a
304 stainless steel sheath.
This alloy provides the best
combination of physical strength and resistance to heat oxidation up to 1000
0F
(540
0C). Specially selected high purity MgO is used to fill all
remaining space inside the ceramic insulator to increase thermal
conductivity, dielectric strength, and provide longer operating heater life.
LOW-DENSITY cartridge heaters are used in plastic injection, packaging
machinery, heat sealing, shoe machinery, labeling machines, hot stamping and
liquids, plus many other types of heating applications.

14. High Density Cartridge
Heaters
HI-DENSITY
cartridge heaters are among the most versatile and widely used cartridge
heaters throughout the industry. They are valuable for alleviating problems
created by high watt densities, high wattage, excessive vibration, poor fit,
or where short heater life is a constant problem.
Widely used to
heat the plastic injection molds, dies, hot plates, platens & many more
applications. Designed for High watt density. The use of high purity MgO
insulation assures high dielectric strength & fast heat transfer
efficiency. Swaging increases the high thermal conductivity and uniform
heating. Shock and vibration resistant. Available also with built in
thermocouple. They are economical & versatile. A full range of sizes are
readily available from stock.
