1. Cartridge Heaters
Manufactured
in various sheathings such as Brass, Stainless Steel and Incoloy, in various
diameters and lengths. Uniform heat distribution round and over the length
of the heater is achieved by carefully positioning the resistance alloy in
special refractory insulators. Please consult table for maximum permissible
wattage.

2. Oil Immersion Heater
Manufactured
out of special grade steel tube, brazed to a C.I. Flange provided with a
thermostat pocket, earthing terminals and cap for protection of terminals.
ApplicationsFuel
oil heating, oil circulating, for systems that supply hot oil to plastic and
chemical processes, oil jacketed kettles and similar equipment.

4. Air Heaters
Chrome Nickel Steel Sheathed tubular heater, avilable with adjustable
brackets for fitting and heavy-duty brass terminals.
ApplicationsSpecially
designed for all still air heating applications like baking, curing of
paints enamels, lacquers, varnish adhesives. In dehumidifying equipment, for
dryers of metal, powders, sand paper, plastic and textile industries, in hot
air ducts etc.
5. Finned Air Heaters
Seamless
stainless steel sheath. Post terminals Ceramic element support. Element wire
situated in close proximity to outside surface for maximum heat transfer and
minimum internal temperature while preserving good dielectric qualities.
Magnesium oxide packing.
ApplicationsSpecially
designed for forced air heating applications, like in recirculating ovens,
comfort heaters, air ducts, industrial processes requiring hot air,
annealing etc.
6. Silica / Glass Cased Immersion
Heaters
Manufactured
from imported fused Silica/Glass tube with replaceable refractory type
heaters, with a heat resistant rubber cap and a connecting connecting cable.
ApplicationsHighest
running temperature in all acids except hydro fluoric and phosphoric acids.
Also used for heating in Ferric chloride etching baths, anodizing bright dip
baths etc.
7. Bobbin Type Immersion Heaters
Made
from M.S./S.S./Titanium pipe welded to a C.I./S.S. Flange. The heater is the
replaceable refractory type, which can be replaced easily. Can also be
supplied with a lead covering.
ApplicationsTo
heat oil, water, foodstuff, alkaline solutions, anodizing and plating baths
etc.
8. Cooking Range Heaters
Cooking
Range Heaters consist of a set of two e heaters of 400W each and one heater
of 1700W, providing a total capacity of 2500W. These heaters have a strip
brazed to them to allow fitting in the cooking range.
